Returns Policy
You may return most new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
The following items may not be returned: bridal sets, items on sale.
The following items may only be exchanged for a different size: rings, bangles.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Paypal customers:
If you pay with Paypal and you request an order cancellation or the order has to be cancelled due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be refunded the purchase amount minus the Paypal transaction fees that they no longer refund.
Shipping
Most items ship within 24-48 hours via USPS. Shipping options include First Class Mail with delivery in 5-7 days after shipping and Priority Mail with delivery in 1-3 days after shipping. Tracking is included with every order. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
