MATERIALS:
~ 6mm, 8mm, or 10mm light grey nacre pearls
~ Sterling silver or 14K gold filled wire
~ Ear backings

HOW THEY’RE MADE: Each pearl is wrapped by hand with sterling silver or 14K gold filled wire which is then formed into the ear post. Gold filled wire is a hollow tube of 14 karat gold that is filled with brass for durability, so all the metal outside is 14K gold; gold filled wire will not wear off like gold plating and will last a lifetime.

Pretty and dainty
These earrings are a very pretty grey wrapped in silver wire. What I really like about them is the wire doesn't come out of the pearl in the front - that's hidden in the back. So many of these wrapped earrings have the wire starting in the front of the pearl and it looks strange. Beautifully made classy earrings. [review from Amazon]
